Exceptions for Defective Products If you receive a defective product, you may be eligible for a replacement or store credit. Returning Unopened Products Unopened products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Restocking Fee A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returned items that are not defective. This fee covers the costs associated with processing and restocking the item.

Refunds Refunds for eligible returns will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item and verify its condition.

HOW TO RETURN

Follow these steps:

1. Email [email protected] with your order number stating your reason for return.
2. Once we receive your Return Request, we will send you an email confirming your return and provide you a returns form to complete.
3. Post the item back to us as soon as you receive approval from tsexshop.com regarding your Return Request. Please include the Returns Form provided to you. 

ASSESSING THE RETURN

We will assess the returned item to determine whether it's fit for return, then notify you of your store credit or refund. We reserve the right to refuse a return if our returns policy has not been adhered to.

You will be informed via the email address that is listed on your tsexshop.com account when this transaction is complete. Returns are processed within 7 working days of receiving your items.
